PERSONAL TRAINING REHAB AND FITNESS

We focus on every little detail, planning a workout adapted to your needs and your personal goals, so if you are recovering from an injury or you are new to the exercise and want to start improving your condition, or if you’re trying to break a record personal, we are ready to help you.
The sessions are individual 1: 1 either following the physiotherapy treatment plan or maintaining performance and fitness from the amateur level to the professional level. Through the biomechanical analysis and the evaluation of the form, technique and strength, we determine the source and the cause of the pain or the physical limitation that prevents optimal performance.
The goal is to eliminate pain and restore movement, as well as to correct defects in muscle balance and general strength. As the rehabilitation, re-athleticization or fitness program improves, specific strategies for the required sport are tackled, maximizing strength and power to develop explosive strength and speed. An individualized program will be prescribed to include periodization, a lapse of realistic time for improvement and measurable goals.
The method we use is innovative, of the latest generation, and is constantly evolving: it comes from the United States and is called Functional Patterns – with us you will train intentionally and not by habitually!
